Why are my email Updates bouncing?
Information on trouble delivering updates. Why does a recipient show a red x next to it?
If you send an Update and see a red "x" in the delivered column, this means that the email is invalid and was bounced.
This could happen for a variety or reasons ranging from mistyping an email to the respective recipient no longer being part of the domain/company.
