How do I set up email reminders for Fundraising follow-ups?

Learn how to receive automatic email reminders to follow up with investors in your Fundraising pipeline.

Keeping tabs on your conversations with potential investors is a great way to speed up a fundraise. In order to help you best stay on top of your conversations, we allow you to receive automatic email reminders for when it is time to follow up with investors. First, open Visible navigate to the Fundraising pipeline you would like to set a reminder for. Click into the investor you want a reminder for and enter a date into Next follow up. The date will autosave from there.

To toggle on/off reminders or select who receives them. Click on the three horizontal dots in the top right corner of your pipeline and choose Pipeline settings. See Email reminders to turn off or on reminders for these updates.

Below this, you can also select which users you would like to receive reminders. From here you will receive email reminders whenever a follow-up is due! See more specific directions on this process below.

Click the Fundraising pipeline you would like reminders for:

 

Click into the investor you want a reminder to follow up with

 

Input a date into Next follow up field. Your update will autosave from there.

 

To select who will receive these reminders, click on three horizontal dots in the top right and select Pipeline settings:



From here, make your way to the Email reminders section. You can toggle reminders on/off and select admins to receive reminders: 



This will land email reminders in your inbox to send follow-ups going forward!
