Sending a reminder email out of the normal reminder schedule
It's easy to send a Request reminder to an individual company outside the normal reminder schedule. This can be done before or after the Request due date.
To do this, click the name of the active Request.
Clicking on the Request, you will see a summary view of all periods for this request. Click the period name to open a specific request period for which you would like to send a reminder notification.
If a company hasn't submitted a Request, you will see three dots next to its name. Click the three dots followed by Send a reminder.
Select Send now to confirm you want to send the notification.
This will immediately send a Request reminder email to an individual company.
