Sending a reminder email out of the normal reminder schedule
It's easy to send a one-off Request reminder to an individual company outside the normal reminder schedule. This can be done before or after the Request due date.
To do this, navigate to the active Request you want to send a reminder for which is located in the left side panel.
Clicking into the Request, you will see a summary view of the response status for all companies.
To send a reminder notification to a specific company, select the drop-down arrow next to the relevant Request. Select Send a reminder to send the reminder notification.
Select Send now to confirm you want to send the notification.
This will immediately send a Request reminder email to an individual company.
