This article should help you to add any Updates, Decks, or Dashboards to your Data room
To add Visible content into your Data room, you will want to open Visible and click Data rooms along the left side of your screen. Open the folder where you wish to add this content. Click the button in the top right that reads + New. See the options to add an Update, Dashboard, or Deck. Choose one, select your file and click Add. This will now be viewable to those who have access to your data room

Open Visible
Click on Data rooms along the left side of your screen
Open the folder where you would like to add a piece of content.
Click + New button in the top right
Notice your options to add your Visible Decks, Dashboards, or Updates
Select your content and click Add
