This article will give you directions on how to reset your password
To reset your password on your Visible account, you will want to navigate to our login page (https://app.visible.vc/sign-in).
From here, you will want to click Forgot? above where you would typically enter a password. This will prompt you to input your email address and click Send me instructions. It is really important that you input the email here that is associated with your Visible account. If you put in an email not associated with your account, you will not receive the email to reset your password.
Once you have input the email associated with your account, you will receive an email with subject line Password Reset Instructions. Click Change my password in this email and continue into the Visible app to update your password. Hopefully this will you in regaining access to your account

See success message once you have sent password reset instructions
Locate email in your inbox with subject line Password Reset Instructions. Click Change my password and follow password instructions in the Visible app.
