Best practices for keeping files organized in Visible
To manage files in Visible, start by navigating to Portfolio on the left side panel. Next click the relevant company name.
From the company's profile, click Files from the inner left side pane.
Within this view, you will see a list of all file folders at the top of the screen. Any files not added to a folder will be listed below. Click on the folder name to view files that are being stored in the folder.
To upload a new file or create a new folder, click +New in the top right of your screen.
To rename, move, or delete any files, click the three dots to the right of the file name.
To download a file, click the file name.
To rename or delete a folder, click the name of the folder followed by the three dots in the top right corner.
Note: Any files that have been submitted through a Request will be automatically added here.Please let us know if you have additional questions!
