How do I re-authenticate my Xero account?

Learn how to re-authenticate your Xero account in Visible.

To re-authenticate or fix a broken Xero connection follow the steps below. 

To get started, click into the respective Xero connection in Visible by clicking Metrics as shown below:

Next, click Reauthenticate in the top right corner as shown below:

From here, a Xero pop-up will display asking to give access to Visible. Click Allow access and your connection will be refreshed,

Note: Do not select Disconnect. This will break any charts or Updates using these connect Xero metrics. If you still have problems please email support@visible.vc
