Sending a reminder email outside the scheduled reminders
It's easy to send a Request reminder to an individual company (or all companies with unsubmitted Requests) outside the normal reminder schedule. This can be done before or after the Request due date.
To do this, first navigate to your Request section and click the name of the active Request.
Then, click on the Request iteration you want to send an extra reminder for.
From there you'll see the Request Summary page and you have two options:
- Send a bulk reminder to all companies with an unsubmitted Request
- Send a one-off reminder to a specific company
Send a bulk reminder to all companies with an unsubmitted Request
To send a bulk reminder, navigate to the top left of the Request summary page and select Send Reminders.
This will send a reminder email immediately to all companies who have not yet submitted a Request.
Send a one-off reminder to a specific company
If a company hasn't submitted a Request, you will see three dots next to its name. Click the three dots followed by Send a reminder.
Select Send now to confirm you want to send the notification.
This will immediately send a Request reminder email to an individual company.
Please note, we will only send reminders to companies who have not yet completed a Request and who have not already received a reminder that day.
