How to edit the columns displayed in your Contacts view

This articles walks through the process for adding columns to display in your contacts view.

To edit or add the columns displayed in your Contacts view, first navigate to your Visible web app and click Contacts in the bottom left of your screen. Then, click the three dots at the top right of your screen and select Edit columns from the dropdown menu. Then select and unselect the Custom properties that you'd like to have added in the contacts view. Next, click Save. You'll see a notification at the top right side of your screen stating "Columns updated successfully" once the edits have been saved.

Step One: Navigate to Contacts.


Click Contacts at the bottom left side of your screen.


Step Two: Click the three dots & then click Edit columns.

Click the three dots at the top right side of your screen. Then click Edit columns under the drop down menu.


Step Three: Select and unselect the Custom properties that you'd like to add to your contacts view. Then click Save.

Check the box next to the Custom properties that you'd like to bring into your contacts view & then click Save. To create new custom properties that can be added to your view, refer to this article.


Step Four: Utilize your new Contacts view.

Once you've saved your Contacts view, you'll see the notification that states that the "Columns updated successfully". Once your columns are added to your Contacts view, you can make any necessary changes in-line.
