If a portfolio company is assigned to a Request but has submitted its data to you in a different format, this feature is designed to close the Request without removing the company from it.
Step One: Go to Requests. Then select the Request that you want to close out for a company.
Click Requests from the inner navigation menu and then click the specific Request that you want to close out for a company.
Step Two: Click the current iteration of the Request.
Find the current iteration of the Request and click into it.
Step Three: Click on the Status of the Request and then select Close Iteration.
Find the company that you want to close the Request for. Then, click the Status of the Request and click Close iteration.
Step Four: Click Close iteration.
A pop-up window will then appear. Click Close iteration to close the request for the specific company.
Step Five: The Status of the Request will now show as Closed and a popup will appear confirming that the Request iteration was closed.
The Status will now be marked as Closed.
