Over the course of an early stage fundraise it is expected that founders will speak with 50+ investors. In order to best keep tabs on your fundraise, it is important to keep your Fundraising pipeline up-to-date with new investors. We offer a few ways to add investors to your Fundraising pipeline. Check them out below:

Individual Investors

To add an individual investor directly in Visible, click into the respective Fundraising pipeline and click + New Investor in the top right as shown below:

From here, you will see a blank investor record. You can fill out all of the fields here. As a note, we will search Visible Connect, our investor database, to enrich a record (if they have a profile in Connect). An example is shown below:

Multiple Investors

If you'd like to add multiple investors. Make your way to the respective pipeline and click the three horizontal dots and select Add multiple investors as shown below:

From here, a pop-up will prompt you to add your list of investors. Select the stage you'd like to add them to, click Add and they will be automatically created.

Add via Visible Connect

Visible Connect is our free investor database. You can use Connect to filter and search through the thousands of investor records and add them directly to your Fundraising pipeline in Visible.

Once you have found an investor you'd like to add to your Fundraising pipeline in Connect, Click Add to pipeline as shown below:

From here, we will prompt you to select your respective company in Visible and the specific pipeline you'd like to add the investor. Click Confirm and they will be added to your pipeline:

Investors added via Connect, will have an additional tab in their record that shows their Connect profile information as shown below:
