To collect historical data from a company, add the new company to an active Request by navigating to the Settings section and clicking Add / remove companies.
Next, click the companies you want to add to the Request. Select Apply at the top right.
Then, navigate to the Request overview page and you will see the newly added company has N/A in the historical reporting column. Select the arrow next to N/A and click Create request link.
This generates a Request link that can be copied and pasted and sent to a company, or you can select Send a reminder to automatically send a reminder to the contacts stored on the company's profile.
