To convert a convertible note to equity in Visible, navigate to the respective company's profile. Click the Investments tab, followed by the three dots to the far right of the convertible note investment entry. Then, you'll select Convert to equity.
Next, click an existing share class or create a new share class for the converted shares.
If you're creating a new share class, add in the details for the share class and then click Create.
Add the Converted PPS and Converted share count. Then click Save.
From the Rounds and Transactions tab, you'll now see that the Note is converted.
