To remove something from your Data room, open Visible and navigate to the data room where you'd like to remove something from. Open the folder where the item is located and click on the three horizantel dots to the right of the item. Click on the dots then click Delete. A confirmation email will appear, click Delete again. The item will then be removed from your data room. This will work for Folders, Files, Pages, Updates, Dashboards, Decks, and URLs.

Open your Data room where you'd wish to remove an item

Open the folder where the item is located

Click on the three horizontal dots and click Delete

See the confirmation and click Delete

The item will then be removed from your Data room
