Visible's fund performance feature enables you to dynamically track investment rounds and fund metrics, making it easy to manage your investments while centralizing data alongside KPIs that you collect from portfolio companies.

The Funds view makes it easy to manage your different funds and view investment rounds all in a single view. This article is organized into the following sections:

Viewing Fund Data

To view portfolio company investments, click Funds on the left-side pane.

Click on a fund to drill down into the underlying portfolio company data.

From here, you'll see a list of all portfolio companies invested in by the fund.

By default, you'll see aggregate numbers for the company. Click the arrow next to a company's name to uncollapse the rows and show the round-level information.

Exporting Fund Data

Once in a fund and viewing the portfolio company information, you can export data by clicking three dots in the top right of your page followed by export to Excel.

Editing and Creating Funds

Editing Funds

You can edit fund details such as name, size, and formation date from the funds summary page or when viewing a fund.

To edit a fund's details from the summary page, click the three dots to the right of the fund's name followed by edit fund.

Alternatively, you can edit a fund by clicking the three dots in the top right of your fund page followed by edit fund.

Once in the edit fund workflow, make any edits and click save.

Creating Funds

From the Funds view, click +New fund in the top right.

Enter a name, size, and formation date. Next, click save to finish creating the fund.
