How to edit a Request

Making changes to a Request

To start, navigate to the Requests section on the left side pane. Click the name of the respective Request you would like to edit.

After clicking the Request name, you'll be taken to a summary view showing all past, current, and upcoming Requests. On this screen, click Request editor to edit your Request.

Choose between the Settings, Schedule, Content, and Preview sections on the left side pane to change the relevant details. Make sure to press Save after making changes.

Making a Change to the Schedule of Request

When changing the recurring due date schedule within the Request editor, you are changing the 'Upcoming' and all future Request due dates. For more information on changing Request due dates, check out How to change a Request's due date.

Making a Change to the Content of an Active Request

Upon saving, you will be asked whether you want to apply these changes immediately to the 'Current' Request or just apply to the 'Upcoming' Request.

Note: If a company has already submitted its Request, this change won't impact the data. It will only affect outstanding Request links.
