How to Duplicate Pages and Folders Across Data Rooms

This article walks through how to duplicate individual pages and folders into separate data rooms.

Duplicating content across data rooms will be useful when a user does not want to duplicate an entire data room but does want to include assets from one data room into a separate data room. This article walks through how to do this:


Click Data Rooms from the navigation menu and then select the data room that has the content you want to duplicate.

Use the navigation menu to select Data rooms. Then click the data room that has the content you want to duplicate.


Duplicate a Folder


Step One: To duplicate a folder click the the three dots from the lower tool bar and then choose Duplicate folder.

Step Two: Choose a name for the folder, select the data room it should be added to, choose a root folder if desired, and then click Duplicate.

Name your duplicated folder, choose the data room you want it added to, select a root folder if necessary, and then click Duplicate.


Step Three: Click View Duplicate to navigate to the duplicated folder in the other data room.

Select View Duplicate to see the duplicated folder in the separate data room.


Duplicate a Page

Step One: To duplicate a page click the the three dots next to the page and then select Duplicate page.

Select the three dots associated with the page you want to duplicate. Then, click Duplicate page.

Step Two: Choose a name for the page, select the data room it should be added to, choose a folder to add the page to, and then click Duplicate.


Name the duplicated page and choose the data room that you want it added to. Next, choose the folder to house the page and then click Duplicate.

Step Three: Click View page to see the duplicated page in the data room.
