How to store and edit Notes on a company profile

This article walks through how to manage Notes from inside a company's profile.

Step One: Click Companies and then click the Company name.


Click Companies at the top left side of your screen. Then, click the individual company you want to add the Notes to.


Step Two: Click Notes & then select +New Note.


Click Notes from the inner navigation menu. If you have existing notes, this will open a summary view of all Notes you have added to a company's profile. Within this view, click directly into a Note to edit the content and all changes you make will autosave. To add a new note, click +New Note in the top right side of your screen.


Step three: Add in the Note details.

From the right side window, add in you Notes.

Step Four: Format your Notes.


To edit the format within a Note, highlight the text you would like to format. This will open a formatting pane above the text. Choose the appropriate formatting from the pane.


Optional Step Five: Click the Trash icon in the top right corner of the Note to delete it.


To delete a Note, click the Trash icon in the upper right corner of the Note.
