To send an update, first open Visible. Click on Updates along the left side of your screen. Click + New Update top right of your screen
The bold text at the top will serve as the subject line of your update. Write a subject line. This is what your investors will read first. You can then add text and content to your update.
Once you have your update drafted and reviewed. You should send a test update to view the format of the update in your email inbox. Click Send v in the top right. This will allow you to choose the contact lists, and other contacts you want to send the update to. Then, click Send.
After the update is sent, you can view the open %, share the update via link, and download it as a PDF

Step One: Click Investor Updates
On the left side navigation panel, click Updates.
Step Two: Select +New Update
Click +New Update at the top right of your screen.
Step Three: Add a title and add content to your update
Name your update and add the text, charts, tables, files, images and properties to your update.
Step Four: Click Next to add update recipients
Select Next from the upper right side of your screen to add recipients to your update.
Step Five: Search for individual recipients or contact lists to add them to your investor update
Add the specific contacts or contact lists that should receive your investor update. Then, click Next to preview your Investor Update.
Step Six: Preview the investor update and then click Send. Select your sending methods and select Send to send via email.
Click Send at the top right side of your screen. Then choose the sharing settings and click Send to share the Investor Update via email.
Step Seven: You'll be notified when your email has been sent.
You'll see a popup notification once the email has been sent. Click View stats to see how users are interacting with your Investor Update.
Step Eight: View the Investor Update analytics to see which investors are engaging with your content.
