When sharing an update to Slack, you might receive an error message that says "We could not send this update. Please try again or contact us if this persists."
The most common cause of this error is due to the fact that the update is not sent to any email addresses. You must send the update to at least one recipient for it to be delivered (even if it's just your own). You can add recipients in the 'Sending' tab when you click 'Send' in an investor update.
