Knowing which investors are engaging with your content and which slides are most impactful is valuable information when fundraising. To help with this, we surface a number of different analytics when sharing a pitch deck.

Click directly into your pitch deck to view the analytics summary.

When viewing a deck, you'll see a series of stats as explained below:

  • Viewed — When the deck was viewed by a contact or individual

  • Downloads — If you have enabled recipients to download your deck, this will show the count

  • Time Spent — The total time a recipient viewed your deck during their session

  • Viewed Slides — The number of unique slides a recipient viewed during their session

Click View Engagement to see how a specific investor interacted with your deck.

The View Engagement button details the following information:

  • The average amount of time the investor spent per slide

  • The Slide they spent the most time on

  • If they clicked on a link in your deck

Select Per Slide Analytics to see which slides are getting the most engagement.

This view will show a breakdown of each slide and details the following information:

  • Average time spent per slide

  • The Average completion rate

  • The slide with the most time spent

  • A per slide break down of the average time spent

  • A per slide break down of the number of times it was viewed

Note that, each time a recipient views a deck it is counted as a separate visit to keep the data clean and understandable. For example, if Investor X views the deck, closes it out, and views it again the next day, that will count as 2 separate visits.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions regarding decks!
