To see the analytics for your Data room, you will want to open Visible and click Data rooms. Click into your data room. Locate and click on where it says Analytics toward the bottom of your screen. In this view you will be able to view the analytics for all of the content you have added to your Data room.

Step One: Open Visible and click Data rooms from the navigation panel. Then select the Data room that you want to view Analytics for.
Start by opening Visible and clicking Data rooms at the bottom of navigation panel on the left side of your screen. Then click into the Data room you want to see Analytics for.
Step Two: Click Analytics at the bottom of the inner navigation panel.
You'll find Analytics in the inner navigation panel near the the bottom of your screen.
Step Three: View the Data room Analytics grouped by session.
Once you've clicked Analytics, you'll be able to see each session that has taken place in your Data room. You can see the users that have accessed the data room, when they accessed the Data room, the amount of time they spent in the data room and the number of events taken by each user.
Step Four: Click View to learn more about the events a user took in your Data room.
Click the View button associated with a user to see what events the user took in your Data room.
Step Five: Scroll through the Events to see how users are engaging with your content.
To understand who is engaging with your content and how they are interacting with it, scroll through the Events of a user.
