To add a file into your data room, you will want to open Visible. Click on Data rooms along the left side of your screen. Next, open your data room. Then, open the folder where you wish to add the file. Click + New in the top right of your screen and see the options you can add within the data room: Files, Pages, and Updates. Any file type (.pdf, .jpeg, .ppt, .docx, etc.) should be supported. Click on + New in the top right and choose File. Click Select files and choose the file from your desktop you wish to add. Once you have selected your files choose the folder you wish them to be in and choose Add files. Your files will then be added into your data room

Click Data rooms along the left side of your screen
Open your data room by clicking on the data room name
Click into the main folder where you wish to add the file
Click + New in the top right of your screen and chose File
Click Select files and choose the file from your desktop you wish to add
Once you have selected your files choose the folder you wish them to be in and choose Add files
Your files will then be added into your data room
