Exporting your data from Visible
Easily export all or company-specific data from Visible.
Note: You can also export data from Reports, Tear Sheets, Dashboards, and Requests.
Exporting individual company data
To export all historical metric data from an individual company, click the respective company name from your Portfolio view. Select Metrics from the left side pane and then select the three dots in the top right corner to open the drop-down menu. Select Export metrics from the list to export the data.
Click Download file to finish downloading the data as a spreadsheet.
Exporting all data
To bulk export all your portfolio data, navigate to the settings cog in the bottom left of your screen. Within the Settings panel, click Data export from the inner left side panel. Here, you'll see a listing of all metrics across your entire Visible account. Click the x next to a metric to remove it from the export.
Click Export at the bottom of the screen to export the data.
Click Download to finish downloading your data as a CSV file.
Note: Visible's API also allows you to export data from your account. Access to the API is only available on the Scale plan. For more information, please reach out to your Investor Success Manager.
