With our Archive Requests feature, you can easily archive paused or inactive requests to keep your workspace clean and focused, while still preserving your historical request responses.
Follow along with this article for a step-by-step guide:
Step One: Navigate to your Requests in Visible.
Click Requests from the inner navigation menu.
Step Two: Click the three dots next to the inactive or One-time Request that you want to archive. Then, click Archive.
Select the three dots next to the Request that you want to archive. Then click Archive.
Step Three: You'll be prompted to type Archive into the text box. Then, click the Archive button.
Type Archive into the text box. Then, click the Archive button.
Step Four: To view your Archived Requests, click the three dots at the top of your screen. Then, select Archived Requests.
To see all of your Archived Requests. Click the three dots at the top right side of your screen. Then, click Archived Requests.
Step Five: Your Archived Requests will all be shown in this view. You can then click into each one individually to see the Request responses.
Click into the individual Archived Requests to see the Request responses.
