How to Sort and Filter Request Responses

When managing data requests with a large number of portfolio companies, it can be difficult to track down a specific company's response or quickly understand the overall status of a request. The sort and filter feature on the request responses page makes it easy to find on exactly what you need.

What You Can Sort and Filter By

From the request responses page, you can sort and filter the list of companies by:

  • Company - Alphabetically sort or search for a specific company

  • Status - Filter by response status to see which companies have submitted, are pending, or have not yet responded

  • Reminders Status- Filter by reminder status to identify delivery issues, such as bounced emails

Step One: Navigate to an exist Request and choose the current iteration.


Click Request from the navigation menu. Then select a Request and choose the current iteration.


Step Two: To filter by a Column header, click the filter icon next.


Click the filter icon to filter a specific column.

Step Three: Click the sort icon to sort the rows by a column header.

To sort by a column header, click the sort icon.

Tips

  • Use the Bounced reminder filter to quickly identify email delivery issues and resend requests to the affected companies.

  • Combine sorting and filtering together to get a focused, organized view of your request responses.

  • Filters persist while you are on the responses page, so you can review multiple companies under the same criteria without reapplying.
