There are two ways to check and see when a company has opened a request -- at the company level and from the overarching request.
To view this on an individual company level, navigate to the company's profile and click Requests.
Next, locate the Reminders column in the middle of your screen. In this column, you'll click on the row of the associated request to see the dates a company has opened a request.
If a company has not opened a request, you'll see if the request was delivered or if it bounced.
Please note that in the Request settings, you can also choose to receive an email notification if a request has bounced.
To view this information for all of your portfolio companies, you'll follow a similar process. First, navigate to the Requests tab from your navigation menu. Then click into the specific request.
Next, choose the specific period of the request that you want to see the last opened date or status of.
Under the Reminders tab click the correlated icon to learn more about the status of the request for each company.
