How do I update and view billing information?

How to update your credit card, view past invoices, change your billing contact, and cancel your Visible account.

Update & View Billing Information


To find your billing information, open your visible web app and navigate to the settings portion of your app.


Step One: Click the Gear icon

Find the gear icon in the bottom left hand corner of Visible


Step Two: Click Billing followed by Manage plan


Click Billing underneath the settings portion. If you are a current customer, you will choose Manage plan to change your subscription, locate invoices, update a payment method, and more.


Step Three: Add a payment method


Input your payment method


Step Four: Add in your email address

Add in your most up to date email address


(Optional) Step Six: Download your invoice and receipt


If you need to download your invoice or receipt, you can do so from here


Cancel your Plan

We are sad to see you go! But if you need to cancel your plan, follow Steps One and Two above first.


Step One: Select Cancel Plan


Clicking Cancel plan will take you to the cancellation page


Step Two: Select Cancel plan


​*Note that if you choose to reactivate your Visible account at a later date, your Company's information will remain as long as you do not delete your company account.
