Tips and tricks to start turning your data into beautiful charts and dashboards.

Once you have your data sources connect within Visible, you can begin to share your data with stakeholders. Dashboards provide a way to visualize your company's key metrics through charts, tables, variance reports and add additional context through headings & text.

Step One: Click Dashboards then choose + New Dashboard


Click Dashboards on the left side navigation panel. Then choose + New Dashboard at the top right side of your screen.


Step Two: Click +New and select the desired elements


Click +New in the top right of your screen. Then choose the elements you wish to add to your dashboard from the dropdown menu.


Step Three: Select the three dots and choose Edit Layout


To move around the different elements of your dashboard, select the three dots in the top right of your screen. Then choose Edit Layout.


Step Four: Share your Dashboard

Select Share in the top right of your screen. From the dropdown, choose how to share your dashboard. You can send your dashboard to individual contacts, a contact list, share the dashboard via a public link or add the dashboard directly into a webpage with HTML.
