When sharing your data room, you might see a situation where an invite you previously sent for someone to view your data room still shows as Pending.
Once you invite someone to view your data room. They will receive an email to accept the invite and need to click View to accept the invite. Note: we will send an automatic reminder 2 days after your original invite (if the person has yet to accept your invite).
When someone shows as Pending, this means that the person who was invited to the data room has not accepted the invite yet. Please let us know if there's anything our team can do to help as you're building out your data room.
