To add a cover photo to your Data Room, log in to Visible and open the Data Room you wish to add a cover photo to. You can add a cover photo to your cover letter or individual folders.

Click Cover letter and Add a cover. Set the cover Title and description. Choose your text color. The cover can be either an image or a plain color. If it is an image, click Upload cover, upload your photo, and click Save. You will now have a cover saved for anyone viewing your data room. See screenshots of this process below.

Step One: Click Data Rooms from the navigation bar. Then choose the Data Room you wish to add a Cover letter image to and choose the Cover letter page.

First, navigate to Data Rooms. Then choose your Data Room and choose the Cover Letter page from the inner navigation menu.

Step Two: Click the Pencil icon near the top right side of your screen. Then, add a Title to the cover section and a Description.

Click the Pencil icon towards the top right side of your screen. Then, you'll see a pop up for the cover section settings. Then, add a title and a description.

Step Three: Choose your preferred Text color and click Choose.

Click Text color to choose the text color your prefer and then click Choose.

Step Four: Choose an Image or select a Background Color to add as a cover image to your Data room.

To add an image, first select Image. Then you can drag and drop the file directly or click Upload cover to add an image. You can also choose to add a color as the cover background of your Data Room. To do this, click Color and then select the color you'd like.

Step Five: Click Save to save your Cover photo or Background Color.

Your image or color will then be saved as your background.
