How to view your Update Analytics

This article walks through how to see how investors are engaging with your sent updates.

To view the analytics for a sent investor update, you will first click Updates from your navigation menu. After selecting the update you wish to view the analytics for, you can see how the email has performed at the top of the update view or you can click the three dots followed by Stats to only see the analytics on the update. Please note that if an investor update is forwarded, the performance stats of the forwarded email will be included in your update analytics.

Step One: Click Updates from the navigation menu.


Select Updates from the navigation menu on the left side of your screen.


Step Two: Click the Update that you wish to view analytics for.


Choose the sent Update that you want to view the Stats for.


Step Three: View the Update Stats at at the top of the investor update.

The email stats are visible at the top of your screen once you've clicked into the sent update. From this view you can see: Unique opens, Total opens, Total reactions, Total clicks, if the Update was delivered, when it was last opened, and the total open rate. You also have the option to filter the recipient list.


Optional Step Four: To only see the stats of the sent Update, click the three dots and then choose Stats from the dropdown menu.


Depending on the amount of Update recipients, you might want a view to only see the Stats. To do this, you'll click the three dots towards the top right side of your screen & from the dropdown menu, you'll select Stats.


Please note: That the functionality to download email stats is not currently available.
