If you would like to share your Visible Data Room via link but would like to restrict access to a specific domain, check out these steps:

To get started, click "Sharing" from the data room and then "Share by link" as shown above:

Next, toggle "Restrict access to specific email domain" as shown below. Type in the desired domains and click "Add."

From here, you can share the link to the data room and we will prompt viewers to enter their email address. The data room will be sent via email to ensure they have access to their given email:
