The AI inbox is designed so you can forward portfolio company email updates to Visible and extract the data using AI. This makes it easy to centralize data and extract insights.

You can permit emails that aren't users on your Visible account to send content to the AI Inbox. Use cases for this include if you use email aliases to receive email updates from portfolio companies or if you have teammates who aren't day-to-day users of the platform but receive updates from founders.

To add permitted emails, navigate to the AI Inbox in the bottom left section of your account.

Next, click settings in the top right of your account.

Enter the email address and click add to save it.

You'll see a list of permitted emails below the permitted emails section. Once the email address appears in the list, this email can send emails to the AI inbox. You can always click the x next to an email to remove it.
