Portfolio reports make it easy to visualize your portfolio data in a table format. With the ability to filter Portfolio reports by metrics and properties, Visible users can find portfolio insights and organize the table view.

Step One: Navigate to Portfolio reports

Click Portfolio reports on the left side pane to open your reports.

Step Two: Click the three dots on the report & select "Edit"

Click on the three dots next to the report you want to filter and select edit. Or click the Portfolio Report you want and select edit in the top right of the report.

Note that the desired columns must be added before you are able to filter. If you need help editing the columns, check out this resource.

Step Three: Select the "Filter" button

Click on the filter button on the top right of your screen.

Step Four: Choose the filtering criteria and press "Apply"

Select your desired filters and then click "Apply" to view the updated Portfolio report.

Note that the filtering criteria will change based on the type of company property that is being filtered. For example, a company property that uses "Rich Line text" will show "Contains" whereas a company property using "Single select" or "Multiple select" will show the available options in the filter. For metrics the options provided are shown in the image above. For help creating company properties, refer to this resource.

Step Five: Use the filtered report

The Portfolio report now shows the companies and data that meet the criteria of the filter.
