Investors commonly need to know what portfolio metrics were at a previous milestone. Step One: Open Portfolio Reports and create a new report

Find Portfolio reports on the left navigation bar. Then, press + New Report to create a new report.

Step Two: Under Report settings, select Time period, then choose the Investment property or Custom property you want to create the Portfolio report view for

Find Time period underneath the Report settings. Then scroll to find the Investment Property date that you want to create the Portfolio report view for.

Step Three: Select the Columns to bring into the Portfolio Report and click Save

Under columns you can select the Company properties, Investment properties, Metrics & Investment metrics you wish to bring into the Portfolio report. Then click Save.

Step Four: Click on All Companies and Choose the Portfolio Segment to see the desired companies in the report

In this example, the Portfolio report is using the Time period associated with the Initial Investment Date for the Fund GoGo Tech 1. To only see the companies in this Fund, select All companies and use the Portfolio Segment created for GoGo Tech 1 to only see these companies on the report.

Step Five: Use your Portfolio report

Your report is now showing the metrics for your fund on the Investment date.
