How to create a Portfolio Report

Aggregating your portfolio information and data in a table

Portfolio reports make it easy to visualize your portfolio data in a table format.

Step One: Navigate to Portfolio reports and Click +New report

Clicking +New report will open the Report builder.


Step Two: Use the report builder to name the report, choose the time period, and pick the columns to bring in

Within the Report builder, you can name your report and change the time period. The time period also includes Investment properties such as "Initial investment date". Additionally, you are able to bring in the following types of content underneath the Add columns section:

Step Three: Organize columns and add insights

Click and hold the dots next to a column within the Report builder to rearrange the columns. For any metric or investment data, click the drop-down arrow next to the name to add insights to any data in your table. Once you've finished building and editing your Report, press Save.

(Optional) Step Four: Utilize Segments

If you have previously set-up segments, you can filter by them in the Report view.


(Optional) Step Five: Filter your Portfolio Report

You can also filter your Portfolio Report by Metrics & Property Values. To do this, select the Filter button on the right side pane.
